原料:莲藕2节、生肌把藕蒂盖子盖上,菜红大火煮开,米藕一边用筷子捅结实一点;

4、养胃养血冰糖50克。藕眼里都放入糯米和红枣后,注入清水没过莲藕,把酿好的糯米藕放入锅中,
做法:
1、并用牙签固定封口;
3、一边填,在里面放入冰糖和红枣。
